ORCIE’s Conversation with Dean Detloff

This Friday, October 23, ORCIE invites you to an online conversation with Dean Detloff about his new book, Enough Is Enough: Degrowth, Capitalism and Liberation Theology, co-authored with Matthew Bernico.

Together, we will explore a timely question: What might economies that truly care for people and Creation look like? Through the lenses of degrowth and liberation theology, we’ll reflect on alternatives to the demand for endless economic growth and imagine economies rooted in justice, dignity, solidarity, and care for our common home.

Friday, October 23 | 2:00 p.m. EDT | Online via Zoom (English only)

If you have not read the book yet, our short review and reflection questions offer a helpful way to join the conversation. Everyone is welcome!
