Commemorating 200 Years of Our Constitutions and Rules: 6th Online Animation Meeting

The Oblate Scholasticate Community in Yaoundé, Cameroon, warmly invites all Oblates and members of the Oblate Charismatic Family to join our 6th Online Animation Meeting on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 14:00 (Local Time in Rome).

As we journey toward the 200th anniversary of the approval of our Constitutions and Rules, we reflect on the words from the 2022 General Chapter:

“Reading, praying, and providing animation on the Constitutions and Rules help us to live out these texts and ensure that they inspire, encourage, and guide us as a united missionary body evangelizing the poor and the most abandoned. As we approach 200 years since the approbation of our ‘Rule of Life,’ we believe that the Holy Spirit is calling us back to our roots and to our Constitutions and Rules, through which we renew our vocation and mission.” (PHC, 7.1)

As we commemorate this significant milestone, let this powerful appeal reawaken our fervor and inspire a renewed commitment to the charism entrusted to us.

In this spirit, we warmly invite all Oblates and members of the Oblate Charismatic Family to our 5th Zoom Animation Meeting. During this 45-minutes session, we will pray, reflect, and share as we prepare for our significant anniversary.
