As a community, we pray for:

The repose of Roach Singarajah who died yesterday in Paris. Roach is the brother of Fr. Joachim Singarajah, OMI. We offer our condolences to and pray for all the members of the Singarajah family.

The repose of Eduarda Pereira, sister of Br. Henry Arruda, OMI. Eduarda died in hospital on July 5th. We extend our condolences to and pray for all the members of the Arruda family.

We continue to remember in prayer:

Micah, granddaughter of Colleen Kerr, as she struggles in her personal life.

Eleanor Rabnett’s sister Mary Cooke, who has been diagnosed with dementia. Mary and her husband Anthony are receiving help so that she can remain at home with Anthony, at least for the short term. They are all grateful for your prayers.

All those in our families and community who are living with illness of any kind. We remember Oblates Edmond Paradis, Phil Smith, Ron Dechant, Terry Conway, and Jim Dukowski, as they deal with medical issues.

Ashley, whose mental and emotional health issues seriously affect her life.

The generous ‘yes’ of men to an Oblate life and of men and women to Oblate Association.

We pray for all our brothers and sisters in need, and for their caregivers, families, and friends.

We continue to pray for our Metis, Inuit and First Nations brothers and sisters.
