Prayer Corner
‘At the foot of the Cross:’ Saint Eugene’s Prayer Group
Week 28
July 13, 2022
As a community, we pray for:
Our Provincial Council as they begin their new term. We are grateful for Ken Thorson, Richard Beaudette, Susai Jesu, Jarek Pachocki, Andrew Stendzina and Harley Mapes and your servant leadership. May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.
We continue to remember in prayer:
Micah, granddaughter of Colleen Kerr, as she struggles in her personal life.
Eleanor Rabnett’s sister Mary Cooke, who has been diagnosed with dementia. Mary and her husband Anthony are receiving help so that she can remain at home with Anthony, at least for the short term. They are all grateful for your prayers.
All those in our families and community who are living with illness of any kind. We remember Oblates Edmond Paradis, Phil Smith, Ron Dechant, Terry Conway, and Jim Dukowski, as they deal with medical issues.
Ashley, whose mental and emotional health issues seriously affect her life.
The generous ‘yes’ of men to an Oblate life and of men and women to Oblate Association.
We pray for all our brothers and sisters in need, and for their caregivers, families, and friends.
We continue to pray for our Metis, Inuit and First Nations brothers and sisters.
