As a community, we pray for:

For B and A as they celebrate their wedding on the weekend and for their families and friends gathered with them.

For Christopher, a 3-year-old who is seriously ill in Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.

For Aileen Pulchny, mother of Fr. Chris Pulchny, OMI (Assumption Province), who died on July 10 and will be buried in Vancouver on July 22^nd. Rest in peace, Aileen, and may the God of consolation and hope be with your family.

We continue to remember in prayer:

Micah, granddaughter of Colleen Kerr, as she struggles in her personal life.

Eleanor Rabnett’s sister Mary Cooke, who has been diagnosed with dementia. Mary and her husband Anthony are receiving help so that she can remain at home with Anthony, at least for the short term. They are all grateful for your prayers.

All those in our families and community who are living with illness of any kind. We remember Oblates Edmond Paradis, Phil Smith, Ron Dechant, Terry Conway, and Jim Dukowski, as they deal with medical issues.

Ashley, whose mental and emotional health issues seriously affect her life.

The generous ‘yes’ of men to an Oblate life and of men and women to Oblate Association.

We pray for all our brothers and sisters in need, and for their caregivers, families, and friends.

We continue to pray for our Metis, Inuit and First Nations brothers and sisters.
